Wow. You have given no useful information.

Are you going to be paid for solving this issue?

If you are, I will need to know how much, and you will need to pay me a percentage before I disclose my solution.

To even begin to assist I need the following questions answered:

  1. What is the bed material? (e.g. silica)
  2. What is the temperature of the bed when fan is stopped?
  3. How long would the fan need to be stopped for?

Answer the questions above and I will help if it's financially viable for me.

It's not in the User Manual, then? Unbelievable.

If you're the operator of this furnace then you should put your hands in your pockets and take ten steps back from the control panel, then seek qualified local personnel.

A Continuous Fluidized Bed Boiler requires a "continuous" supply of air for proper operation, stopping the fan stops the combustion process, the restarting process is highly dependent on the furnace design, reactants, and bed materials. As others have said, RTFM (Read The Fine Manual) that came with the system, or better yet, let someone who knows how to do these things teach you.

"What happened when primary air fan is stopped to the furnace bed?"

The furnace stopped working.

Have an assistant follow the written re-start instructions in the operator's manual while you are in another part of the factory, far away from the furnace.
