If
they are ball valve they can, but not practical to do other than when all else won't
work, is to modify the valves so that the ball can be operated from both the
top and the bottom. Place appropriate rods from the top of each to the
bottom of the valve above it with the balls in the same position all
valves are then changed in unison by the handle on the top valve.
Another
way for ball valve: place each valve next to another. Mechanically link
the handles together in the same operating position. Move the mechanical
link to adjust the valves in unison.
Most
practical way: put identical pneumatic operators on each valve.
With pipe fittings, operate each operator supply off the same air feed.
Since the operator feeds are the same supply they will operate in unison
with little variation. Suitable pneumatic control circuitry, what used to
be called a pneumatic computer, can be installed should any variances in
operation between valves not be acceptable.
