Oil Burner

I am working on an oil burner which is a Weishaupt Monarch Oil Burner Size 11,which had been attemted by some other person,all what i need if there is any one who is familiar with these burners could give me the pump fuel pressure setting in PSI.

Well I think these have a pressure switch control in the return recommended at 5 bar for light oil and 7 bar for MFO/HFO..that would be 72.5188689 pounds per square inch and 101.526416 pounds per square inch, respectively...so I guess that would be the limit...

We are running a WM 30 Weishaup on #2 oil. It has two oil pressure loops. One that circulates from and back to the main oil tank and has a back pressure valve that holds about 25 psi in this loop. The other loop is from the 25 psi loop through the burner oil pump to the gun and returns the excess back to the 25 psi loop. The pressure from this pump to the gun is 400 PSI. There is no atomizing air and ignition is the same as a home heating burner
