Are you new to the instrument? Instrumentation in general? Data collection?

Never used this instrument myself, but it seems to be straight forward and simple.

Without something to give a clue of the set-up, etc. all you'll get here are blank stares.

First, download the manual if you don't have one. READ IT if you do have one.

Well, pardon me for living!

You say, "Seeking support and want to know the possible reasons with solutions."

I say, contact technical support at Rockwell and pay somebody to read your mind.

The solution to your problem is to learn how to operate the equipment at hand.

A talent you do not currently posses.

I'll be more than happy to leave you now to wait for someone to solve your undefined problems for you.

So, you've read and understood the manuals for the 2500 (around page 183) and the 9000 rev B accelerometer?

The best source of support is the supplier of the equipment. Go on. Make the call.

Hello friends,

Found the problem and resolved it, the sensitivity parameter was the troubling me. Changed the sensitivity to 50 mV instead of default 100mV/EU and found the readings OK.

Thanks all for your suggestions. Looking forward to get similar support in future.
