Simple Electrical Formula..

kW = SQRT (m) V I Cos (Phi)

m = no of Phases

V = Voltage

I = Current

Cos (Phi) = Power Factor

Corrected for Multiplication by 1000 for converting from Kw

Simple Electrical Formula..

kW = SQRT (m) V I Cos (Phi) 1000

m = no of Phases

V = Voltage

I = Current

Cos (Phi) = Power Factor

From CR4 FAQ's which you should have read before posting:

  • Do your own homework. CR4 is not a homework cheat site. While some here might relish the opportunity to sharpen up old rusty skills by working the homework problem, consider the following and consider it well. If you cheat on your homework by using someone else's answers, you are only cheating yourself, because the purpose of any homework or other academic assignments is to help you learn - by practice, repetition, and self-discovery.

Unless you are in school fora degree in management, in which case the purpose of the homework exercise is to get some other fool to do your work for you...
