Practise!

shake the head from side to side when food or bear is offered.

Use the exercise machine illustrated in Hendrik's Avatar.

walk...use the stairs...less sedentary work ,more play...

cut out the meals between snacks. if you must snack eat fruit....At work we have a biscuit box by the coffee machine...must swap it for a fruit bowl...

Thanks it must be beer. (we have a saying "don't look a given horse in the mouth" (don't establish the age by counting the teeth) that actually goes for bears as well.)

A bear will help with the exercise - but rater move the legs. (fast)

Thinking of it with a nice belly the bear wont be able to get near to you.

CR4 should replace the spell cheker - it should spot such errors.

Easiest method - extreme liposuction. Get out the heavy duty shop vac.

It took a lot of time, money and efforts to get the belly like that.

If you really intend to lose it you must keep it in mind that the body will attempt to maintain the belly and it will play dirty tricks with you.

If you don't intend to persist don't start it.

Proposed first level : Run 5 times around the block - and then push the block under the bed.

to be continued.
