It would be a rare person who could do that from the information provided in the original post.

If by "AC" you mean Alternating Current in both instances, then the syntax of your questing makes no sense. If by the first use of "AC" you mean Air Conditioning, and you only mean Alternating Current in the second use of it after "230 v", then it tends to make better grammatical sense, but leaves us wanting for more specifics as it relates to the Air Conditioner.
Maybe you should start over, explaining why you need to know this, avoiding confusing abbreviations. Unlike texting or twitter, nobody is counting your characters here, feel free to utilize the full gamut of human communication capabilities. You will find that a useful skill when working in engineering.
The treadmills are generally very small DC motors being run by 4 quadrant PWM DC drives, so the displacement power factor seen by the supply source is essentially corrected by the input rectifier of the drive. I would expect it to be .95 or better, as long as you do not look at distortion power factor (most utility PF metering will not see distortion PF).

The power factor will change dramatically depending on who is on the treadmill. A training class of marathon runners would be likely the most useful. If you could keep Usain Bolt on the treadmill you'd get the most amount of power but for less than a minute. Put me on the treadmill and it will have to pull me along.
