Would a Dymo label machine work if you have access to one?

Looking at the keyboard Im using it seems that half the things are never used Send me the offending keyboard and I will supply you with the missing keys

I suppose it would be hard for a furry creature with no opposing thumbs to touch type.

There are a gazillion old keyboards in the world not being used any more. You can probably get one for free from a friend or you can buy one cheap at a second-hand store. Find one that matches your keyboard and pop off the keys you need and swap them with the faded ones on your keyboard.

It looks like when the rest of the letters wear off you will be able to send text messges like a teenager.

You call yourself an engineer? What kind of engineer doesn't have 2 or 3 spare old keyboards lying around he could use . . . or do they all have worn key tops?

Paint pen for marking pipe.

Yeah, I'll prob' buy a permanent marker off the interweb to try as they are pretty cheap (like me) and it doesn't take much effort to click "buy now"

Just print out the keys you need on paper, then cut them into little squares, and tape them to the top of the keys with clear tape....or make a sign that says "FREE COMPUTER KEYBOARD NEEDED" and stand by the side of the road until somebody throws one at you.....or you can go around on trash day scavenging...or you could stand outside of your local electronics recycling depot and offer to help people, and then snatch one that catches your feline fancy...or you could go to the local charity shop....or you could find a flea market or garage sale....

Typing classes once used (and maybe still use) letterless keyboards. After all, it's supposed to be touch typing.

Not sure how serious you are about this... but... liquid paper (the correcting fluid) dries real hard and will not flake off. Use a fine paint brush and have at it.

My Pilot super colour white pen (fine point) turned up.

I made a key puller from a strip of tin plate.

Gave the offending keys a scrub with detergent and a fine scouring pad

Wrote on new letters with all the acumen of a 5 year old

Still it does the job and saves squandering our natural resources.

Make do and mend.

And I can use the pen for lettering on bows too, if I make any with dark wood.

That's quite reasonable considering the difficulty of clutching a pen in your furry little paw.

Some people use the "Touch Typing" method. These people don't need letters,symbols or numbers on the keys. These people type too fast and are annoying. There should be a keyboard scrambling program.

I use touch typing, then I look at the gobbledygoop I've just written & go back to write it properly.
