Contact the company that is supplying collapse indemnity insurance cover for the crane, by telephone, and talk it through with that body with a view to discovering where appropriate technical support may be found nowadays. Their contact details will be found on the periodic inspection reports for the crane, which are held in the facility's General Register.

Manufacturing year? DEMAG was once part of Mannesmann (as was Rexroth before everything was split up because of the stupid D2 mobile network), now it's TEREX.

Here support wasn't bad but I speak fluently German. Hint: If you don't get good local support try to contact the factory or main office of the country where the product was manufactured.

What type of hoist system is it? A drum winch? If it's a basic hoist diagrams are rather simple. If there are DEMAG VFD it can be more complicated (some are private-labeled ABB ACS 800, the others I don't remember, DEMAG has several AC drive lines)

Dear Plimos.

thank you very much for the kind information .here are the details of crane.

if you can support in any way.

by Demag cranes & components gmbh

Year of manufacture: 2008 type:D-MS360 63-4.0 Serial No:08358519- 01(AB823188) Column mounted slewing crane.

the problem is that the local supplier never left any clue on the pcb or on cables to trace also there is no electrical circuit diagram to identify the circuit rout.

i will be very thankful if you can help.

regards
