Demag Pillar Crane

can someone help me to find the electrical Diagram for

Demag Crane .here are the details of it.

by Demag cranes & components gmbh

Year of manufacture: 2008 type:D-MS360 63-4.0 Serial No:08358519- 01(AB823188) Column mounted slewing crane.

the problem is that the local supplier never left any clue on the pcb or on cables to trace also there is no electrical circuit diagram to identify the circuit rout.

i will be very thankful if you can help.

Did you try looking in the electrical box?

If not there, contact another representative, or DeMag.

Demag normally provides plug in system. On Jib Crane only Chain/Wire Rope Hoist is provided, it has plug for connecting the main supply. If you need wiring diagram for maintenance then it is o.k otherwise you can commission the jib crane without much problem.

thanx for your comments ,actually i am expert industrial control & automation engineer but they never left any clue on the pcb ,or anything els ,where i can trace the inputs and output tags ,i tried a lot on google and i am good on it ,but in vain .thats why i requested to Lyn because he is the master google expert in us .i want to do the maintenance of crane and looking for the details of board and connections.

I couldn't find any information with a fast search.

Then I even did a half fast search and still had no luck.

they shifted me to local dealer ,who is not capable to do anything just a business company......team of people with no profesional background....there technician had a look at pcb and told me need to change this and this ..............

Be a little more persistent with Demag. They aere a reutable company with ISO accreditation, so their manufacturing processes should be recorded and traceable.

Strange that they shifted you to a dealer...if they try that again, ask to be referred to his boss, immediately. Sh1t is not a health food....

You may get the pin out from DeMag but the PCB may be proprietary. The prints received will shown test points but not much else.

They want to visit you for billable repairs or sell you some high dollar replacement parts, Not saying this is a bad thing (corporate hitmen are watching) just the business cliamate we live in now a days.
