Microsoft Excel (or some similar spreadsheet program) can do what you ask.

You will need to find the data yourself to perform such things as cost analysis, yield analysis, maintenance analysis, etc

You are supposed to learn, not ask others to do it for you. Software will do you no good unless you have gathered the data to input into it to arrive at a result.

Nothing beats researching the subject thoroughly and analyzing the processes involved to determine any faults.
