What are "Green" Jobs?

Posted October 21, 2009 8:19 AM

President Obama says he will create five million new green collar jobs with his $150 billion "Apollo Project." The trouble is, nobody can really say what this means. Presumably people in green employment will reduce energy consumption and lessen our environmental impact on the planet. So, is building wind generators a green activity?
