Building upon the successful 2004 flight of SpaceShipOne, Virgin Galactic and Scaled Composites have rolled-out their latest craft. SpaceShipTwo, the VSS Enterprise (see video), carries six passengers and two pilots. It will be carried to high altitude by the mothership WhiteKnightTwo, the VMS Eve, and then released for a rocket blast to an altitude of 350,000 ft. Wired reports that at least 300 passengers have paid the $200,000 price for training and a ride into space that could happen as early as 2011.
