The only sad thing is that a once proud engineering nation couldn't do this for herself, thanks Maggie (Thatcher), mind good old Bush licker Tony (and that's Cherrie's I'm talking about) didn't help the steel industry much did he?

The real irony is that less than 2 months before the contract was awarded, the UK's only wind turbine manufacturer, on the Isle of Wight, closed down, having been refused bridging support whilst bidding by Gordon and Alistair.

Bunch on bankers the lot of 'em.

The damn banks give 0% on credit and 19% on debits when the condescend to give 'em, and they think they are clever to make a proffit doing this... a baboon in a hat could make a profit doing that, (and he might not even need the hat)
Talking of baboons, I shot some 3D targets today with my new bow, got the rubber baboon in the ass.
Stepped on an arrow, I'll have to make a jig for splicing footings onto old arrows as shafts are damn expensive abd re-fletching 'em is a pain.
