Which has a Greater Impact—Wired or Wireless?

A new report from IEDC indicates that respondents are more focused on wired or fiber broadband networks than on wireless networks. Respondents consistently described wireless broadband as having a less direct impact on economic development than wired broadband. A majority (55%) believe that wired broadband resources can attract new business to a community, for instance, while only 37% think wireless broadband would have the same effect.
