Gulf Currents Primed Bacteria to Degrade Oil Spill

Hmm...........so it didn't turn out to be the environmental catastrophe that we were told it would be.

That's good news. Between that, and a little common sense returning to Washington, we might finally be able to start turning around our economic catastrophe.

This is nothing new, in the past it has been shown that all oil spills in the sea are degraded by micro organisms, it just depends on how much oil is spilled and how long it takes!

Its almost like oil is part of nature and nature has ways of dealing with it if it gets too much of it.

Now if they can only find a natural process that scrubs CO2 out of the air when it builds up.
