A Plus for the Patent Process?

Posted September 28, 2011 7:29 AM

The U.S. government, to the relief of many, has just enacted sweeping patent reforms. Will this impact your company in allowing innovation with less worry about technology infringement and cutting legal expenses?

The preceding article is a "sneak peek" from Mechanical Power Transmission, a newsletter from GlobalSpec. To stay up-to-date and informed on industry trends, products, and technologies, subscribe to Mechanical Power Transmission today.

What the?!?

It seems that while we were trolling compartmentalizing our power structure we've been completely blindsided by this terrible bit of news. Our business model appears to be in jeopardy.

However, as lead counsel for YukTumBubbaloo Industries CSA APPROVED you can be sure that, like the phoenix, we will rise from the ashes to fight anew.

Sincerely,

Willy Bendover

Calm down, Willy. As usual, you're jumping to conclusions again. I've sent out Grynn and Barrett to investigate.

Who is an innovator, the one who gave the idea or the one who designs?.designs could be done by many experienced engineers but novel idea or new theory will be born to only 1 in a million. The patent office should give patent to idea, then any body should be allowed to buy the idea and develop the product in a manner(design) he likes.
