Good point PW....with a world population of around 6.9 Billion, there's at least a 1 Billion souls on this planet starving to death, or nearly so....

Overpopulation, not enough fresh safe water, and not enough food to go around for all concerned.....

I have looked into this thing before. If everyone in the first world is getting fatter, which makes them less heaithy and more prone to disease, then why does the average age of death keep increasing?

I think you will all find that changing definition and standards are to blame for the sensationalistic rash in the media, and popular understanding that we are fatter than ever and it is a health disaster in the making.

It just doesn't prove out. These fat F**** (including me) are living longer than ever!
