Wouldn't adding a layer of digitalization decrease the overall security of the card? It's one thing to lose your card as it is now, it's a whole 'nother when your recent transactions / account balance / PIN can all be found on the card, with the card.

A credit card with a built-in LCD screen and keyboard

Not to mention that every dot of the eye on these card contains all the words to the old and new testaments.

Talking about technology.

I'm really mixed up,

First cell phone gets smaller is better, and then bigger is better.

Then iPads (tablets) gets bigger is better, then smaller is better.

Funny how marketing dictates what our needs are, whether we need it or not.

Actually, marketing creates wants. It's purchases that create disappointments.

I saw something like this at CES last year http://cr4.globalspec.com/blogentry/15408 which was from this company http://www.poweredcards.com/products_dynamic_cc.php

I do like the idea that if someone else gets your card it is useless without knowing the password, but at the same time this could be annoying. I also like the possibility to have more than one card on a card, although I don't think this one has that.

For Security, lost or misplace my iPhone and ipad, I have an app for my called iphone finder. It'll gibe a beep to locate it, of if its stolen you can lock it, send a message to it so if someone has it can return it ot call you. and it'll give you the location of it and where its been since you reported it lost to the app.

the only down side is that you need another i-device to use it.

But I had just installed last week and used it already. I thought I brought it home but I had forgot it at work.
