looks like a "jaw harp", "jews harp" or "juice harp" depending on where you are from. Iv'e got a few different ones myself.

Yes it is. A Jew's Harp, (which is the original English name but not having anything to do with Jews in particular). I made the one pictured and produced "concert quality" harps some years ago.
