Asteroid Wanted in NASA Project

The $105 million proposal would begin planning on a two-stage program in which a robotic spacecraft would grab a small asteroid and drag it back toward Earth.

What a novel idea! It is only a matter of time before those dastardly Chinese copy this world leading idea and release plans of doing this themselves....
