New Form of Flying Fish Sighted

Beating its "wing" like a manta ray, this helium-filled robot "swims" through air — as demonstrated by video and animation. The Air_Ray's enabling technology appears to be a servo drive-controlled motion called the Fin Ray Effect(R).

Put a tiny radio in it ......

have it boadcast 'whale' noises........

send it into these areas where whales get lost or beached........

and then have it lead the whales back out to sea.........
