....and make themselves even easier for the NSA to identify......

The important parts of identifying where a caller is remain in the hands of the phone companies....

At the end of the day, the NSA can crack anything!! They will also be amongst the first purchasers of such equipment of course!! Maybe they even help with technology and money to help!!!

There are lots of gullible people out there, now something more for them to buy!!!
