Looks like one of the Mongolian restaurant complexes in Beijing using yurts as dining areas. I have eaten in one that had windows, but couldn't find a photo. The tall one looks like the main dining area with smaller private ones surrounding it.

Pupil Tree Academy in Bellary, Karnataka, India. The project was a "Random Rubble and Mud" construction project by the Center for Vernacular Architecture and was completed in 2005.
