Just an observation: no doors/entrances on this side of the building. I wonder if there's a real giveaway at the "front"?

Looks Austrian. I keep thinking Max Planck Research Institute (It's not), but it could as easily be a government building or a watch factory.

Good catch from Randall that there are no entrances on this side since the Château de Lembeck is located on two islands surrounded by a large moat.
