It looks a bit like the back side of IBM's Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY, an Eero Saarinen building.

Hmmmm. A structure with no architectural merit. Motel City, Arizona?

Holiday apartments in Spain? Again the apparent lack of architectural detail might be a clue.

The upper rail says VIP lounges, box seating, cabana style viewing... but for who, what, when, where, why, and how?

While Solar Eagle's driving range does look remarkably like the image, I'd created this drawing with Fasano Boa Vista in mind.

From the hotel:

"Located in the Fazenda Boa Vista – only one hour drive from the city of São Paulo — the hotel designed by Isay Weinfeld brings Fasano’s sophistication into a more laid-back countryside environment. The project promotes the integration between the architectural lines and elements of nature providing comfort and wellbeing."
