We're looking for guesses at where it might be, or some information regarding the structure in the comments below.

	While I admit this angle does make the National Holocaust Monument look like random slabs of concrete, the "six triangular, concrete volumes [are] configured to create the points of a star." This view can be seen more clearly from above.
