Two Are Stronger than One

Two major U.S. vendors have united to improve toll-free call center reach and scalability for their business customers. By combining enterprise voice and data networks, IP network-supported call centers can increase their speed and improve call handling. Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network technology are also supported by this ongoing, collaborative effort.
