Top 10 High-Tech Treadmills : Fitness Meets Fantasy

Though my local gym doesn't house any of these high-tech treadmills, I dare to dream of running on one of those that are a far cry from the older generation kinds. But who wants to run like a moron on a rubber belt without being surrounded by some entertaining features like a LCD, iPod dock or an integrated music player. Even the geeks can burn calories with a few of them fitted with computer. Sprint over to read through the list of Top 10 high-tech Treadmills.

I can't see what the point of those machines is.

Why not take a walk in the park with your family or friends.

A cycle ride into the country.

Enjoy the real scenery, while getting exercise, instead of a simulation of it.
