Climate Bill 'Could Lead World'

A newly-published Scottish bill to help tackle climate change could be a "world leader", environmental groups have claimed. The Scottish Government proposals would see an 80% reduction in the country's greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. It also sets out measures to tackle shipping and aviation emissions. Stop Climate Chaos Scotland, a coalition of 30 environmental groups, said the bill could be the most significant for a generation.

Read all the qualifier words: Could, would, if, may etc.

Another instance of getting on the fashionable "Climate change" bandwagon.

One of the attractions is the subsidies available, at the expense of....you guessed correctly....the long-suffering taxpayer once again.
