Tesla Drill

If Tesla owned a power drill, this would definitely be it. Created by "AxisTarGit", it's basically "a flyback oscillator running a high voltage transformer into a voltage multiplier, the drill makes it look cool though, and its a handy case & battery."

But what does it do besides arc? How does it drill a hole?
