Recently, the Power Transmission Distributors Association said that it pays to train personnel during these tough market times. The group says that the right training will help your organization do better during the downturn and be better prepared for a recovery. Is your company investing in its people during today's tight markets? Or is it just not affordable, no matter how well-intentioned? Does it pay to train personnel during tough economic times?

Yes, my company used to train mostly all employees from different depts. As per ISO training of employee is part of the requirement to comply with ISO clauses.
