WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN IF THE INSIDE OF THIS TIRE GETS PACKED WITH MUD?

HOW IS THAT GOING TO EFFECT THE BALANCE OF THE TIRE AND WILL IT HOLD TOGETHER AT HIGH SPEEDS IF OUT OF BALANCE?

FOR THAT MATTER HOW WOULD YOU BALANCE A TIRE LIKE THIS ANYWAY?
