Difference Between SA516 60N and 70N ?

Hi , i now facing a problem on design storage tank . temperature is -22 to 100 celcius , so which is better ?

To store what kind of fluid?
Which code are you using? API 650 or what?
Presence of traces of corrosive substances or corrosive substances?
Dimensions?

Greater tensile strength may allow the use of thinner material. This may or may not save some money. To determine this, you may need to check several combinations of material, thickness, and cost.

BTW, it's Celsius, not other uncapitalizations and misspellings.
