Ratings of devices and conductors are generally a matter of local installation codes. You must consult with your local electrical authorities, or hire someone in your area who understands this.

WHAT VOLTAGE? For whatever "reason", you seem never to furnish the most pertinent information. I'm not sure where you are, but I suspect that some outfit such as IS would have your local standards.

Pass the relevant information to a switchboard supplier and get them to build you something suitable and to code.

You claim to be a "Power system engineer in substation".

None of your prior questions indicate even the slightest knowledge of power systems.

How can this be?

People like the OP *REALLY* need to let us know what country/state they work in.

That way we can have the proper Travel Advisories posted: "Do not travel to these countries, their public utilities are designed by idiots and will kill people."

Obviously this person is a student trying to cheat on their homework questions, if not, supplying a little information to him/her could be hazardous to everybody's health.

Motor nameplate current times 125% then round up to next most common panel capacity available.

But the wires.

You didn't tell our "Power system engineer in substation" what size wires he needs to spec in his "engineering" analysis.

It is clear, he needs big wires or little wires. He could always use the latest European technology and Bluetooth the voltage to the motor, then he does not need wires, he just needs a dongle.
