No I think that is the 24v power supply hookup....what are you trying to do?

Wrong! You might want to start on pages 3 & 4 then read the rest of TFM (The Fine Manual) before you bring your entire facility down.

....Awkward, this 24V power connector is even marked on the outside of the case. COM is not short for communications it is short for common.

Any genius would use the equipment manufacturer's manual and look it up. If the manual were not available, any genius would pick up the telephone and ask the equipment manufacturer instead of coming here; CR4 does not offer training in the use of the telephone despite, according to the nature of a percentage of posts over time, evidence of a significant need being present.

That is right! As long as "TCP" stands for "Totally, Completely, Punked! I suppose this is the first time you ever saw one of these? Nice pic, and circle around the the area of interest, though.

Now go back to that company's web page (since you don't like paper manuals), download TFM over again, and read it this time! And, also turn in your badge (and your caulking gun) because you are done!
