Some of the charter boat captains will cut a piece right off the fresh caught tuna and eat it.

No this isn't a good idea. This is an abomination.

Fishing for sustenance is a thing of the past. Sustenance hunting or fishing, you use any means necessary to catch dinner. All is fair, no rules. This drone would be a valuable tool for that circumstance.

Adulterated sport fishing is what I am seeing. If not criminal today, it soon will be.

Must EVERYTHING succumb to technology?

<sigh>

Pretty soon, even navel gazing will be done by nanobots (indistinguishable from lint), and enlightenment will just go down the nanotubes.

This is not called fishing it is called catching. I agree with Doorman, if you need to put food on your table to survive, than so be it. If your are supposed to be a sportsman, this it's not very sporting.

That is one decent cause other than watching or stalking the neighbors.

I have mixed feelings about this.

On one hand, if it's just a couple of twits with nothing but time and money to waste, then other twits will copy them, they may now anyway.

If they eat the catch, well then.............................

Are you kidding? Fresh tuna goes for about $20lb , and is delicious... I've done this camping in the NW, fix that fish up right and throw him in the fire, nothing better....

If you might catch one of this on your outdoor fun someday, this is worth to grill. We call it here, "gangis" some call it, Nazo Unicornis. It's fatty meat is white but it taste really awesome. I will never gonna prefer tuna or salmon over this fish. It's worth to try when you are in a vacation somewhere in the tropics.

A good idea. My friends and I rested on Seychelles a year ago, a group of avid fishermen. In principle, the aim of our journey was to be an unusual fisherman, we previously wrote a lot of useful tips

If there are fishermen with experience here, then they know how big the fish are. A legend in those waters, tropical latitudes of the Indian Ocean is marlin, it is a whole trophy, and the taste is a fairy tale. Everyone should try
