No, those go on the inside. this is the plastic bit on the outside...but the design has already been denied as too cumbersome and bad because it sticks out from the profile of the pipe.

If you did a larger sketch of what you're looking for, then saved the image as a jgp file, you can use google images to do a search for matching images and you'll likely find the name of the part and a source for it as well.

When you go do google images, there is a camera icon that lets you load a file from your computer, and it will search for images that more-or-less match.

I might try that next time...if they like my design improvement change.

i'm glad you asked the question. I have several of these that i saved when old wheelchairs were dismantled, but i have not known what they are called. I too, could not buy new ones because i didn't know what they were called. I could, however, make them if i really needed to. I gave a GA to NIGH. Jim

Drew, for what its worth, After 40 plus years wrenching, the only ferrels I was aware of were variations of what you posted. I have seen saddle washers in MSC direct I think.
