He may not have articulated it very well, but his main thrust is clearly obvious.

Thanks dude am sorry for how I worded my post here first one ok its just we seriously need to look at all the facts that we either over look them or what ?? the amount of green leaves we need to produce the oxygen for us to breath not the CO2 that our cars put out each second of each day right or am I wrong here ?? I dont think you guys really want to buy oxygen masks do you and have to wear them all the time unless you really can breath CO2 then your not from this planet for sure !!! Oh I see why they say that to me is that they are part of the Oil companies HINT ok you low lives need to get real not here but in real life !!! If no one cares about the future then lets all just kill everyone then b/c that is what we are doing now but slowly !!!! Yes I believe that the CO2 level is getting too high? And the reason, is over population, leading to demand on the earths resources.

The solution, I think, is that nature will take its course. A random result????

Unfortunately, we're extracting carbon that has been stored away underground, burning it to convert it to CO2, and releasing that into the atmosphere. That has tipped the balance far beyond what "foliage" can absorb. That is where the increase in atmospheric CO2 has come from.

It's a little disingenuous to say that plants can absorb the excess. We're way beyond their ability to do so and this is why scientists are looking for a means to sequester carbon manually.

Not so, this has happened before....Don't underestimate the amount of algae that grows in the oceans to absorb CO2....

Were you aware that they elevate the CO2 levels in most greenhouses? It makes the plants grow faster, and the fruit bigger, and they require less water to do it...

CO2 rates are documented having been far greater than present times, what are thoughts of how we now exist considering?

Oh, and don't forget the billions of people who burn anything in sight for cooking because they don't have electricity. Nature will wipe out plenty of those offenders as the water content in the atmosphere increases due to global heating. Just relax and let it happen. Approximately 80% of the population lives near the oceans so the stage is set. In 2016 alone, 25% of the coral reef known as the Great Barrier Reef died off apparently due to an increase in water temperature. It's too early to get any figures for this year but disaster is the only way people will finally understand your concern. Of course, by then, starvation will be more of a concern than CO2. Make sure to stock your bomb shelter with lots of food. You might also need to make sure it can stand up to flooding because that is more likely than an oxygen shortage.

Ask your Navy buddies what the CO2 concentration in a nuclear sub usually runs
