A Positive For Industry?

12/06/2007 3:21 PM

Would public funding of campaigns be a positive for industry? I keep receiving emails from this organization, Just $6, at my request until I make a decision, but have not decided one way or the other if it is good for the manufacturing of goods in this country.
It is bipartisan effort, although I think it would have more Democratic support.
There are also some constitutional questions as well.

Hello tubenut,

I would suggest that you delete those emails, without reading them.

I've had a look at that website, and nowhere does it state where the money is really going.

Bipartisan it may well state, but in practical terms there is no difference between Republican and Democrat Parties, except in the "Name" or Party "label".

Save your $6, and give it to a local charity, if you need to give it away, so you can check on where the money trail goes.....
