"Sir can you pls provide pfd files on condensing turbine design?"
Regret to inform you:
A complete design of a steam turbine of any kind is not going to be found on line. Such designs are done to specifications for a given application or installation.

Do Nothing Simply When a Way Can be Found to Make it Complex and Wonderful
At the heart of the MCTC is
the Maisotsenko Compressed Air Saturator/Turbine Exhaust Cooler. This equipment
uses existing shell and tube heat exchanger technologies, built in a new configuration. Idalex is
working closely with Yuba Heat Transfer, a Division of Connell LP, who has
completed the design and heat transfer calculations for the Maisotsenko
Compressed Air Saturator and Turbine Exhaust Cooler. Schematically, the
equipment is represented by:
The state points on the
above diagram are plotted on the following psychrometric chart:
Benefits of the MCTC
include:
Efficiency above 60% in a simple, single
cycle.
Renewable, atmospheric energy performing
one-third of the work.
Small efficiency loss over a power band
from 60% to 100% of full power rating.
Lower NOx emissions by more than 90%.
Cost effective application of the benefits
of the Humid Air Turbine Cycle to all combustion turbines including
micro-turbines.
This new development in
thermodynamics has already been reviewed and challenged by some of the greatest
minds in the field. However, it is important that everyone be given the
opportunity to learn, analyze and question these claims. It is with much anticipation
and exhilaration that I invite my esteemed colleagues from around the world to
review and share in the application of the phenomena that I have devoted my
life to study and capture.
