vibrator motor

i want to fabricate a vibrator with a 1 horse motor to deslagg metal pieces that have gotten rusty.

Hello Guest,

Advise size, shape, quantity of your rusty metal pieces.

Dependent on how rusty they are, just a vibrator system may not do the job properly.

As you intend using a 1HP motor, it appears the parts are small, and your quantity is also quite small - If so, sand/shot-blasting may be a better alternative.

The tool that is often used for this task is the "needle gun" (nothing to do with the Prussian rifle of the same name).
