There are many companies that can provide you a quote for product development. It will really help if you can provide sketches of what you're looking for, as well as a description. If you can provide a full specification document, that's even better. If you don't have any of those, see if you can find a place that specializes in helping inventors with CAD design and modeling. They'll be more used to quoting and modeling a job with limited information.

Many thanks for a sensible answer to what was a silly question born out of frustration at the plethora of such questions by posters who seem to think we are psychic and will know their application just because they happen to know it.

Yes it is me, and I think I've been a baaad kitty..... again

I have been trolled (IHBT), eh? Sorry, in my line of work, I see a lot of requests like this. Everyone is a potential customer, so it helps to approach everyone that way. 'Inventors' are an interesting group, they usually want to come in and consult with someone on their project. It's amazing the range of development of their ideas. I'm always glad to see when one of them has "made it". I don't think many people have a good estimate for how much work and money it takes to develop an idea into a profitable product. Fewer still seem to understand that there are few turnkey companies, and they'll have to coordinate with a designer, prototyping company, manufacturer, marketer, and perhaps even retail stores.

On another note, is the number of questions from India very high? This morning, most requests seem to be from there... And most fall into the class that has contributed to your frustration.

Ha, excellent.

Rather than the hand crank I was considering a motor...I have a DC motor from a vibrator pager and a nuclear engine appropriated from an old submarine.

I want to form an idea as to which is more appropriate but it is unclear .

Pleas send full CAD drawings for the Salmon Can immediately.

Ooops, sorry, I just came from a different thread. If you take the battery from the fleshlight it won't work. Mixing fish, like in the drawing, sounds a bit dodgy to me. I had a bottle of Red on top of a bottle of White this morning and I felt really ill. My Cornflakes looked a bit strange as well.
