what is the meaning of dry bulb and wet bulb???

It is a indication of humidity. The wet bulb is surrounded by cloth that is moistened with water while the dry bulb is just plain.

More humid air will cause slower evaporation and therefore less temperature drop. In dry weather the moisture on the cloth evaporates faster and causes a bigger temperature difference.

I gave you a GA. I had not heard the term before. I do wish, however, that people asking questions would try to word them in some semblance of sensability. A few more details etc.

dry bulb temp. is measured by by the direct thermometer in the atmosphere and wet bulb is measured by covering the wet cloth around the bulb of the thermometer.
