What are options to remove condensation to a horizontally mounted electronic board?

Can it be waterproofed?

You could leave it out in the sunshine, Guv'nor.

Wax is good for waterproofing.

You can pot, dip, cover or paint it with epoxy.

Quite a few available in the market.
