I WANT TO KNOW THE COMPLETE OPERATION PROCEDURE AND MAJOR PARTS OF CFBC BOILER AND ITS TROUBLESHOOTING ?

WHAT IS ADVANTAGE OF CFBC BOILER OVER AFBC BOILER?

Dear Mr.Ducon,

I have the working experience with travelling grate, dumping grate and AFBC solid fired boiler and Furnace oil fired Package boiler. I wish to have a CFBC boiler installed in our organisation, due to why the completeness of knowledge is required and accordingly its operation procedure was raised.

Thank you and now you are making sense.

Now what is the capacity you are looking for?

CFBC Boilers are "HUGE" very expensive and are only economical in operation than AFBC Boilers on application requiring 75 Tph to 100 Tph.

Now does your capacity fall within this range?

Capacity looked for installation of boiler is 120TPH, 105ATA Pressure & 535Deg.C.

You've to get in touch with B&W on this because they are the authority on this. I'm too small for this.
