Well, it might help if you used the right nomination of the item which is exactly as you wrote it except NOKIA is without the "n" at the end. The confusion may stem of the fact that tires, previously also manufactured by Nokia use the brand name Nokian.

I tried to look a user manual in the link which you have written but found only a Broacher. I want to program the contact of output relay for Low limit and High Limit of voltage which need a detail user manual. I am surprised why Nokian Capacitors did not put this manual in their web site.

Perhaps you could suggest that Nokian do place the .PDF technical Manuals on their Website, so that these could be downloaded easily.

Apologies for that, because I did assume that their .PDF document would have proper technical information included.
