I am trying to find the gpm on a 4" pipe running at 100 psi

Yes, and to expound upon that - more information would be required: elevation change, length of pipe, number/type of fittings/elbows/etc ....., material of pipe (how old/corroded), is that the total pressure drop, ...............................................

Find out what material the pipe is composed of, and look up the Darcy Weisbach equation.
