Inconsistency Rating Voltage of Low Voltage Motor

Dear all,

base on this below thread

http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/34313

why motor manufacture always states in nameplate 460 Volt, meanwhile we always

calculate Full Load ampere using 480 Volt ?
