QJ71C24N Module Gets Hung

Hi,

I've Q02H CPU & one serial interface module (QJ71C24N) to communicate with the Barcode reader.

Application is Barcode reader will read the 8 characters from the Barcode & send it to QJ71C24N module & from module I'm taking into the PLC logic. this application work sometime 1 hour, 3 hour or full day without any error but sometimes this module get's hang, means not at all trying to receive the data in to it's buffer memory area.

no any error shown on the module & in it's diagonstic also. after switch Off & On PLC module start's functioning as usual but don't no how much time it wil work.

This is new module & it's working one. Barcode reader also sending data (onfirm on Laptop Hyperlink), cable also used proer & routed.

I don't know why it's happening???? can anybody help me...
